RVM Constructions Launches ‘Partnership with Gods’ – A Revolutionary Religious Asset Management Initiative
Hyderabad, India – 23/06/2025
RVM Constructions (I) Ltd, known for its visionary approach to nation-building and innovation, proudly announces the launch of RAMA – Religious Assets Management Arm, a pioneering initiative under the bold banner of “Partnership with Gods.”
Driven by the core belief that underutilized temple-owned assets hold immense potential for public good, Team RVM has established RAMA to professionally manage, modernize, and optimize religious infrastructure across India. With India’s religious institutions holding lakhs of crores worth of Kalyana Mandapams, community halls, and lands—often built on donations or royal endowments—RVM sees a national opportunity to revive and reimagine these sacred assets with sensitivity and purpose.
First Milestone: Yadadri Bhavan, Kachiguda
As the first major step in this vision, RVM has secured a strategic lease of “Yadadri Bhavan,” a 50,000 sq. ft. convention center located in the heart of Hyderabad at Kachiguda. Owned by Yadadri Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Vari Devasthanam, the property stands on land gifted decades ago and has now been beautifully modernised by RVM Constructions to host a wide range of cultural, spiritual, and family events.
With a strong commitment to upholding the sanctity of the premises—no non-vegetarian food or alcohol in compliance with Devasthanam rules—Yadadri Bhavan marks the beginning of RVM’s journey in managing high-value spiritual infrastructure. The project adds an estimated ₹50 crore to RVM’s actively managed assets, with more acquisitions planned under the RAMA initiative.
